• Obtain the box before nightfall; it becomes unavailable afterwards.

• The chapel is not a rescue route for this child.

• Agree to look for her mother and listen to the clue about the brooch.

• To follow the detailed ribbon route, do not give her the Red Jeweled Brooch: direct her to Oedon Chapel.
• Reload the area to trigger her departure.

The little girl has left the house.

She is killed by the sewer pig. The clinic causes her transformation. The wiki describes no refuge that saves her.

Collect the red ribbon

• Defeat the Maneater Boar in its tunnel.
• Collect the Red Messenger Ribbon.

Red ribbon obtained.

Give the ribbon to the sister

• Return to the house: the sister has taken her place at the window.
• Give her the red ribbon, then speak to her again.

Look for the body at the bottom of the ladder

After reloading following the conversation with the sister

• Climb down to the foot of the nearby ladder.
• Collect the White Messenger Ribbon from the body.

White ribbon; route complete.
