Acquisition
- Equip the League's Impurity rune, then complete a successful co-op session or defeat a boss with a summoned League member. Co-op allows repeated rewards.
- The following League characters can allow you to obtain 1 Vermin for each qualifying victory:
- Old Hunter Henryk: Forbidden Woods and Byrgenwerth.
- Younger Madaras Twin: Forbidden Woods, Byrgenwerth and the Hunter's Nightmare.
- Yamamura: Old Yharnam, Yahar'gul during the Blood Moon and the Research Hall.
- Valtr: Hunter's Nightmare, against Ludwig or Laurence.
- Three red-eyed Old Hunters in the Hunter's Nightmare each drop one Vermin once: the Boom Hammer and Torch wielder on the roof to the right after the square; the Beast Cutter and Hunter Blunderbuss wielder on the ledges above the corpse ravine; and the Beasthunter Saif wielder before the blood-soaked square.
