Before you set out
Obtain the Lower Ailing Loran Root Chalice. Its entry lists the boss that drops it and the ritual materials. To join a standard glyph, own the corresponding root chalice and previously create a dungeon with the required rites.
Explore without a glyph
Create dungeons with the Lower Ailing Loran Root Chalice and explore their treasure side areas. This weapon belongs to their unique treasure pool; it is not guaranteed in every generated dungeon.
