Quest overview

Bring all four refugees to the chapel before the blood moon.

• Reach Cathedral Ward.
• Speak to the dweller sitting on the floor to open the refuge.

• All four refugees must arrive before the blood moon.
• The death of a refugee prevents a complete rescue.
• Do not send the Beggar to the chapel.

• Speak to the dweller until you can tell survivors about the chapel.

The chapel appears as a destination in their dialogue.

Bring back the first refugee

Evening or night

• Send the old woman or another of the four eligible refugees.
• Return and speak to the dweller after they arrive.

Before the blood moon

• Bring back the old woman, Arianna, Adella and the old man.
• For the old man, name the clinic: he chooses the opposite.
• For Adella, wear Church chest attire when speaking to her in Yahar'gul.
• Speak to the dweller again after the rescues.

All four refugees are present and alive.

The little girl does not reach the chapel; she is not one of the four rescues.

Keep the group safe

After the refugees have settled in

• Do not invite the Beggar.
• Do not accept Arianna's blood three times after Adella arrives.
• Do not send the old woman on her second search for Sedatives.

The group remains alive after the rescue.
