Nightmare of Mensis Wet Nurse's Lunarium

Position yourself behind it

Punish attacks from behind, staying well centred to avoid the side blades. Rapid Poison is particularly useful in this encounter.

Cross the veil carefully

When the purple fog and double appear, keep moving around the arena until they dissipate. Waiting for the veil to end simplifies resuming the duel.

• The wiki table gives 72,000 echoes for every cycle, from NG to NG+6. This unusual value is preserved as published.
• Solo HP and echoes without runes. The displayed defenses are for NG; their NG+ scaling is not quantified here.
• A defense is a calculation value, not a damage reduction percentage. A Poison resistance of 999 does not imply immunity.
