Get behind it

Circle the boar, then prepare a charged attack for a visceral attack. Avoid staying in front of its head and charge.

Watch it get up

Its slow recovery often leaves another opening. Watch for the backward leap it uses to reposition, however.

• Chalices do not follow the NG cycle. Root base values must be multiplied according to depth, layer and rites; they do not describe a specific fight.
• A defense is a calculation value, not a damage reduction percentage. A Poison resistance of 999 does not imply immunity.
