Obtain the Pthumeru Ihyll Root Chalice. Its entry explains how to obtain it and lists its ritual materials. To join this glyph, own the corresponding root chalice. Previously create a dungeon with the following rites: Fetid, Rotted, Cursed. Creating it is enough; you do not need to complete it.
