• Speak at her door and name Oedon Chapel.
• Reload the area, then check that she is at the chapel.

The old woman settles in the chapel.

The clinic ends her refugee route.

• Choose the answer saying that you have your own troubles.
• Repeat three times in total: the successive gifts are 1, 2, then 3 Sedatives.

Allow just one additional search

After the first three gifts

• Ask a fourth time, then reload: she leaves to look for Sedatives.
• Read the letter on her chair and reload until she returns; the detailed walkthrough specifies two more returns after the letter.
• Speak to her once she returns.

• Stop asking for Sedatives, or say no when she offers to search.
• Another request followed by a reload triggers her fatal departure.

If the second search is triggered, her body appears outside near the well with one last Sedative.
