Impostor Iosefka — Bloodborne

Quest overview

Wait for the blood moon to collect Imposter Iosefka's cord.

• Imposter Iosefka replaces Iosefka after you arrive in Cathedral Ward.
• Reach the back of the clinic from the Forbidden Woods.

• Killing her before the blood moon prevents you from obtaining her cord.
• Refugees sent to the clinic are transformed; this is not the route for preserving their quests.
• Striking the door three times ends her conversations.

During the night

• Use the passage from the Woods that leads to the back of the clinic.
• The upstairs operating room is the confrontation point; keep Imposter Iosefka alive if the cord is your goal.

Access to the clinic's interior identified.

Entering the upstairs room before the blood moon makes her hostile and ends her progression.

Choose between the rune and the cord

Before or during the blood moon

• For the cord, wait until the blood moon before the final confrontation.
• Killing her before this transition grants the rune that restores two bullets on a visceral attack, but locks out the cord.

The timing of the confrontation is chosen.

The wiki sets no required number of refugees to send for the cord.

Before conversations end

• The initial gifts are: two Lead Elixirs for the little girl; two Numbing Mists for the old woman, Arianna, the old man or Adella; two Beast Blood Pellets for the Beggar.
• Entering through the back, then continuing to send survivors switches to the accomplice rewards: three Blue Elixirs per referral.
• Each item handover grants one Insight before this status, two afterwards.

Transformations continue even if Imposter Iosefka was killed before the blood moon. This branch sacrifices the refugees' questlines.
