How to obtain it
Defeat Vicar Amelia, collect her Gold Pendant, then use the pendant to create the gem.
The right target
The bonus depends on the target's Beast attribute. Check that attribute on the boss page; do not compare the specialised +12.6% with a universal physical bonus without considering the enemy.

Compatible percentages multiply across gems. Flat additions remain separate from the product of percentage bonuses.
