Build around the risk
At exactly 30%, the “less than 30%” condition is not met. Leave a margin and check HP after healing or regeneration. Compare the gain with attacks you can actually survive at that health level.
Labyrinth Spirits can combine two low-HP physical bonuses: the wiki lists +12.2% and +27% on the same gem. Both effects in this setup depend on the same condition.

Compatible percentages multiply across gems. Flat additions remain separate from the product of percentage bonuses.
