Fool — Blood gems, Bloodborne. A bonus active only at maximum HP, rather than a permanent increase.

Maintain the condition
- Losing the first point of HP disables the bonus. A continuous HP-loss curse therefore makes it harder to maintain.
- Regeneration on the left-hand weapon can help you return to maximum HP; it does not directly strengthen the right-hand weapon's damage.
- The transformed Chikage's HP drain is particularly awkward for this setup.

Gem effects and acquisition
Conditional bonus: physical or all damage, depending on the gem.
HP must be exactly at maximum. Losing the first HP point disables the bonus.
Compatible percentages multiply across gems. Flat additions remain separate from the product of percentage bonuses.
