Blood Gems — Shapes — Bloodborne
Blood Gems — Shapes — Blood gems, Bloodborne. Match the five shapes to the right slots and choose a normal, Uncanny or Lost weapon.

The five shapes
| Shape | Common origin or use |
|---|---|
| Radial | Pthumeru chalices |
| Triangle | Isz chalices |
| Waning | Loran chalices |
| Circle | Compatible firearms |
| Droplet | Fits every slot shape |
Choose the variant before farming
Normal, Uncanny and Lost versions have the same stats; only the slot configuration changes. Choose the one that accepts the most accessible shapes for your setup.
Shape does not determine damage. Fire radials exist, as do physical triangles. Unusual shapes are rare: planning slots around typical drops avoids a much longer search.
Gem effects and acquisition
Shape determines the compatible slot, rather than damage type. A radial can therefore provide fire.
First choose a weapon configuration that accepts the usual shapes of your desired gems.
The three slots of a compatible right-hand weapon can hold identical or complementary effects.
| Effect | Value |
|---|---|
| Shapes | 5 |
| Droplet | All slots |
| Weapon variant | Same base attack |
- Unusual shapes exist but are rare. The illustrations show shapes; their colour does not define an element.
