Formless Oedon increases your maximum number of Quicksilver Bullets. Quicksilver Bullets are very useful resource for you, so this synergizes with a number of tactics. If you like to use high-consumption firearms like the Cannon, or to a lesser extent the Repeating Pistol, this Rune can help you squeeze in extra shots, especially if you use Blood Bullets, too. If you like to interrupt the enemy with gunshots, this can give you more chances to succeed. It also works well with spells. They tend to consume a lot of bullets, so having a higher maximum means you get more casts. Combine this with the Oedon Writhe Rune, and spell usage will become a lot more viable.
