Clear Deep Sea adds Slow Poison resistance. It's useful any time you are up against that status. Within the main game, Nightmare Frontier is where you'll find it most useful. Slow Poison also shows up in Chalice Dungeons fairly frequently, and other players will be eager to use it against you as well.
