• To bring him to the chapel, direct him to Iosefka's Clinic.

• You can speak to him several times before he leaves.
• If you gave the wrong answer, name the refuge opposite to your desired destination again.

Your last answer determines his actual destination.

• Return to the chapel and check that he is staying there.
• Keep him safe from the Beggar.

Refugee saved; his later dialogue gives no items.

Naming the chapel actually sends him to the clinic and ends this route.
