Wait for the head
Stay out of reach of its arms and punish attacks that lower its head. A vertically striking weapon or a boosted shot can reach this target.
Adapt to the final phase
When it tears off its arms, their reach increases. From behind, baiting the jump and striking the head on landing requires stable positioning.
- Chalices do not follow the NG cycle. Root base values must be multiplied according to depth, layer and rites; they do not describe a specific fight.
- Solo HP and echoes without runes. The displayed defenses are for NG; their NG+ scaling is not quantified here.
- A defense is a calculation value, not a damage reduction percentage. A Poison resistance of 999 does not imply immunity.
