Bring Adella to the chapel and receive her blood without endangering Arianna.

• Reach Yahar'gul before the blood moon.
• Wear chest attire recognised by the Church: Black or White Church, Choir, Executioner, Tomb Prospector or Gascoigne.

• Adella disappears if you have not interacted with her before the blood moon.
• Speaking to her without naming a refuge also ends her rescue route.
• Accepting Arianna's blood three times while Adella is present causes Adella to murder her.

• Go down to the storage room and speak to her.

• Choose Oedon Chapel to keep her interactions available.
• Reload the area, then find her at the chapel.

Adella is now at the chapel.

The clinic ends this route. If you name no refuge, the page reports that her body appears in Yahar'gul's main street after the Shadows of Yharnam.

• Speak to her to receive the Church Bow (Female) gesture.
• To receive her blood, carry no vial of Blood of Adella, Arianna or Adeline.
• After using it and reloading the area, you can receive more.
